The sun finally arrived for the outdoor season in Templemore on Saturday and our athletes were in flying form.
In the U13 / 19 age groups and we had a few outstanding performances on the day .
Highlights
Star of the show was James Sage with 5 titles and we also had some outstanding individual performances with Tom Walshe & Micheál Moylan putting on the race of the day in the U14 800m. Both were clocked at 2m 17s with Tom just hanging on for the win.
Josh Delaney went over 40m in the U16 Discus.
Cian Hodgins 4.45 in the U14 1500m was top quality. Ellie McEvoy is following in big brother’s footsteps with a fine 1.44 in the U14 High Jump.
Sarah Lane’s 61s in the U17 400m.
