Relay Notes:-

• Below are the squads for all teams (some names on the link above differ so please use the below as your reference).
• Some Athletes may not get to run on the day, but if they medal all athletes on the team receive a medal.
• Where numbers allow and where entered we will field two teams from a squad.
• Arrival Times
  • Relay competitions typically run behind time. Please expect and be patient with this!  It is a difficult competition for the officials to run.  (The club have nothing to do with the running of the competition, we simply hire out the facility).
  • Even ages i.e. U10, U12 etc are in the morning session.  U10 Athletes should arrive at 9:45 and each age group after that +15 mins e.g. U12s should arrive at 10am.
  • Uneven ages i.e. U9, U11 etc are in the afternoon session.  U9 Athletes should arrive at 1pm and each age group after that +15 mins e.g. U11 should arrive at 1:15pm.
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE THE YOUNGER ATHLETES WEAR WARM CLOTHING FOR BEFORE AND AFTER THEIR COMPETITION AND ALSO BRING SOME FOOD AND A DRINK.
