General Notes

• Allow yourselves time - you may not get parked at the complex.  
• Both Morning and Afternoon sessions are likely to run over - Nenagh Olympic host but do not run the event.
• Bring warm clothes and lots of food and drinks (Blankets are popular! :-))
• Club Singlets should be worn.
• Make sure the younger athletes stay wrapped up until just before their events. (Tell them the coaches said they have to !! :-))
• Adults will be charged €5 by the Tipperary board when entering
• Relay teams will be decided on the day.
• MOST IMPORTANTLY ENJOY THE DAY - THIS IS A NO PRESSURE / FUN DAY FOR ALL ATHLETES!
