Uploaded by Garrett Moylan, based on Nenagh Guardian notes by PRO Ray Deering ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The All Ireland Junior and U23 Indoor Championships were held in Athlone and while we had no medal winners in the Junior section but there were some good performances. Ciara Cummins set a new pb in the 800m with a fine run and was unlucky to be just pipped on the line for 3rd place. Tom Hennessy came through his heat in the 800m and finished 5th in a very fast final while Aoife Deering finished 5th in her 1500m final. Paul White and Dan Finnerty both competed in the 200m heats but despite solid runs, neither progressed to the final and Dan also just missed out on a place in the 60m final. Comments are closed.
