14 of Nenagh's athletes have been selected for inclusion in this years Munster Performance Squad.
This gives the opportunity to avail of advanced coaching in their respective events at a number of squad training sessions. The sessions are held over the course of the year at a number of venues, including our own Indoor Complex. Well done to all, to be included on this list is evidence of the talent and dedication of our athletes and their coaches. soon to be available to order for athletes and supporters . More details to follow... Friday July 11th was our our annual Flag day on the streets of Nenagh, not the most exciting of days but a dependable fundraiser for the club nonetheless.
Thanks to all the volunteers who manned the tables for this event and to our secretary Christine for organising time-slots, etc. It was great to see so many of our athletes willing to help out and it is much appreciated. With the amount of athletes we have in the club, we would appreciate some help from those parents who are available to take up time slots - hopefully next year we might see some uptake on this. |
